The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 181 of 2025, registered under section 309(4) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of apprehended co-accused and petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2025. He next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 14 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of apprehended co-accused and petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to ( 2026:JHHC:983 ) 2 the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Ranchi, in connection with Argora P.S.
