Heard both sides. 3.The learned Government Advocate(crl. Side) submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has been taken on record and the petitioner's son has been treated for which he has relied on the communication of the Assistant Civil Surgeon, Central Prison, Madurai, dated 18.02.2026, where it is stated as under: “The above mentioned convict prisoner is an inmate of Central Prison, Madurai from 02.12.2025, when he was outside. He complaints of pain over left Hip of soff, so he was referred to Madurai Medical College on 18.02.2026. X-ray Pelvis taken shows (left) THR Institu Implant & treated him with analgesics.
