Considering the fact that OPP Case No.03 of 2026 is pending against the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Estate Officer, Unit-IV, Keshari Nagar, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and dispose of OPP Case No.03 of 2026, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. The Petitioner is permitted to participate in the said case pending before the authority by filing his objection/reply. Till such decision is taken by Opposite Party No.2, the Petitioner may not be evicted from the case land. 3. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application. ( B.P.
