The instant bail application has been filed under sections 483 and 484 of the BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail, in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025, for the offence punishable under sections 310 (2) and 311 of BNS and under section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jamshedpur. 2. It has been contended on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of one of the co-accused. The petitioner has not been put in Test Identification Parade (TIP). It has further been contended that total three persons have been implicated in the instant case, out of which, two of the co-accused, namely, Suraj Kumar and Sourabh Kumar Mehta @ Sonu have been released on bail, vide orders dated 18.2.2026 and 26.2.2026, passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in BA Nos. 11095 of 2025 and 11098 of 2025 respectively. The petitioner is in custody since 18.9.2025 having no criminal antecedent. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail but has not disputed the facts that the petitioner has not been put in TIP and also grant of regular bail to the other two co-accused persons. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the parties, gone through the impugned order and the first information report. 5. It appears that the petitioner has not been put in TIP and two of the co-accused persons having similar allegations have been released on regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 18.9.2025. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the view that the present application is fit to be allowed. 7. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands allowed. 8. In consequence thereof, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Sonari P.S.
