None has also appeared on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2. This Court has duly taken note of the order passed by the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court on 20.06.2025 whereby the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court had categorically held that the notice of eviction was issued after giving a hearing to the Petitioner, and as such, the learned Coordinate Bench was not inclined to pass any interim order. It is therefore seen that when the matter has been listed today, the Petitioner is not interested in the instant proceedings. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
