The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhelwaghati PS Case No.07 of 2025, for offence registered under section 118(1), 109, 126(2), 303(2), 76, 352, 351(2) and (3), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that so far as this petitioner is concerned, the allegation of assault is not there against him and the said allegation is against Ful Deo Yadav and the allegation of snatching of chain is there against Seva Yadav and the entire family members have been implicated in this case and so far as this petitioner is concerned, there are general and omnibus allegation against them and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.12. 2026:JHHC:1432 2 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that there is direct allegation of assault upon Ful Deo Yadav and allegation of snatching of chain is there against one Seva Yadav and so far as the rest of the accused persons are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations against them and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Giridih, in connection with Bhelwaghati PS Case No.07 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
