The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023. It has been alleged that two pick-up vans were intercepted and bovine animals were found boarded on them. The petitioner is the owner of one of the pick-up van bearing registration no.JH 01 CW 9783. It appears that the owner of other pick-up vans have been granted anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.10761 of 2023. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2025. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class-XII, Ranchi in connection with Chanho P.S.
