After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant prays to withdraw the present special appeal with liberty to file a fresh petition with regard to seeking all the benefits available to him on attaining the age of superannuation while remaining on [2026:RJ-JP:23625-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-646/2026] contractual service for a period of about 18 years. He also seeks benefit of the Rules of 2022. 2. Granting liberty to file fresh petition with respect to the other aspects as above, we dismiss the present appeal. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. 4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
