The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not considering the case of the Petitioner for sanction of pensionary benefits for the service rendered as Executive Officer (Grade-III), appointed by way of transfer of service against the vacancies earmarked for direct recruitment, as was done vide Memo No.REV01-ENW0CEEN/4/2025(2725845), dated 28.07.2026, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 27.11.2025, passed in W.P.No.33082 of 2025. 3. Sri S. Sarath Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services – II does not dispute the same. 4. Heard the counsels. 5. As there is unanimity in the submissions of both the learned counsels, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of order, dated 27.11.2025, passed in W.P.No.33082 of 2025, with the following directions:- 4 (i) The Respondent-Authorities are directed to consider the case of the Petitioner for grant of pensionary benefits in the cadre of Executive Officer (Grade-III), within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. The Registry is directed to append a copy of the order, dated 27.11.2025, passed in W.P.No.33082 of 2025, to this order. 7. No order as to costs. 8.
