Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks setting aside of order dated 14th of August 2023 passed by Additional District Court Budgam, in a petition titled “Ghulam Ahmad Dar Vs. SDM Chadoora & Ors”, against the order passed by the Court of learned Sub-Judge Chadoora, in COS titled as “Gulshan Akhter vs. Ghulam Ahmad Dar.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid revision petition is pending before the Court of learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Budgam, since 14th of August, 2023 and the matter has not been decided till now, resultantly, the petitioner is suffering as the ingress and egress to her house from the main road has been blocked by the private respondent and the order impugned is operating harshly against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied in case the present petition be disposed of at this stage with a direction to the Court below to decide the matter, expeditiously, within a reasonable time frame. 4. In view of pleadings and submissions urged at the Bar, the petition is disposed of at this motion stage with a request to the Court of learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Budgam to decide the Revision Petition titled “Ghulam Ahmad Dar Vs. SDM Chadoora & Ors”, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5. Disposed of, along with all pending application(s). (M. A.
