Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though an order has been passed to grant the 2nd & 3rd MACP to the petitioner but the monetary benefit has not been disbursed to the petitioner. He prays that the respondents be directed to disburse the monetary benefit including the arrears to the petitioner and thereafter, revise the pensionary benefits. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner files a representation, before respondent No.3- Director in Chief, Health & Family Planning Department, Govt. of Jharkhand, his case will be considered and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefit and revision of his pensionary benefits, the same will be done. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a representation within four weeks before respondent No.3- Director in Chief, Health & Family Planning Department, Govt. of 2026:JHHC:6986 2 Jharkhand, who will consider the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the grant of 2nd & 3rd MACP, the monetary benefit of the same will be disbursed to the petitioner and consequently his pension should also be revised. 5. The entire process should be concluded within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with the copy of the representation. 6.
