1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of the accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 101/2026 registered at Police Station Amarsar, District Jaipur Rural for offence under Sections 8, 21 and 22 of NDPS Act, 1985.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the recovered quantity of contraband article, i.e., Tramadol capsule weighing 188 grams from the possession of the petitioner, is below the commercial quantity. There are no criminal antecedents registered against the accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner is behind the bars since 13.06.2026 and further

3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2026 and further trial/investigation of the case may take considerable time, therefore, without commenting on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.
6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Dinesh Kumar Jat S/o Sh. Babulal Jat, arrested in connection with FIR No. 101/2026 registered at Police Station Amarsar, District Jaipur Rural shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
