Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No. 22172 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall produce the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and time is extended for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to produce sureties.
