The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 174 of 2025. Petitioner was apprehended by the police from his house and mobiles and SIM cards were recovered from his possession. He was suspected to be involved in cybercrime. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 29.12.2025 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. It has further been submitted that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Cybercrime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
