The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent to consider the transfer application of the petitioner through offline mode in accordance with law. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that since the Utsashree Portal is suspended, the petitioner made inter-district transfer application before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education who is the competent authority to facilitate such transfer on 31.12.2025 by speed post and which has been duly delivered to the authority subsequently but still now no conscious decision has been taken by that authority to facilitate the transfer of the petitioner from her present school to any other school nearby to her residence under North 24 Parganas DPSC in North 24 Parganas District or 2 any other Circle nearby to her residence of the petitioner. 4. On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 4 shall consider and dispose of the said representation of the writ petitioner dated 31.12.2025 within three months from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law, if such application through offline mode is permitted. 5.
