A SYAM SUNDAR REDDY The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1541 OF 2026 ORDER: The petitioner herein, who is Judgment debtor, filed E.A.No.280 of 2025 under Order 21 Rule 26 r/w 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, in E.P.No.1 of 2025 in O.S.No.531 of 2015 on the file of learned Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kadapa, seeking not to proceed with the Execution Petition till disposal of the I.A.No.2501 of 2024 in appeal vide A.S.No.68 of 2024 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Kadapa. Learned Execution Court dismissed the said Application vide order dated 06.04.2026. Assailing the said order dated 06.04.2026, present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 2. Heard learned designated Senior Counsel Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, assisted by V.Satyanarayana Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Syam Sundar Rao learned counsel for the respondent. 3. The petitioner herein filed another Civil Revision Petition vide C.R.P.No.1543 of 2026, seeking a direction to the learned lower appellate Court for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2501 of 2024 filed under Order 41 Rule 5 read with Section 151 of C.P.C. in A.S.No.68 of 2024 and the same was disposed of directing the learned lower appellate Court to dispose of I.A. 4 expeditiously. Till such time, executing Court is directed not to proceed with E.P. 4. This Court vide order dated 08.05.2026 granted interim stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.1 of 2025 in O.S.No.531 of 2015 on the file of learned Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kadapa. The same continues till disposal of I.A.No.2501 of 2024 5. In view of the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned executing Court not to proceed with the E.P.No.1 of 2025, till disposal of I.A.No.2501 of 2024 in A.S.No.68 of 2024 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Kadapa. There shall be no order as to costs.
