The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforesaid condition till date. (3)The learned Special Public Prosecutor ppearing for the respondent affirmed the fact of compliance of the aforesaid conditional order by the petitioner till date. (4)Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. (5)Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order dated 28.11.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified.
