The memo so filed reads as follows: "MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL "On the strength of the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent police had registered the case in Cr.No.73/2024 for the offence punishable under Section 351(2), 352 of BNS 2023 and petitioner also lodged the complaint against the 2nd respondent before the 1st respondent police which had been registered in Cr.No.70/2024 and both the FIR had been challenged before this Hon'ble Court in Crl.Pet.No.1305/2025 and Crl.Pet.No.5942/2025 and in respect of both the crime numbers stay had been granted by this Hon'ble Court and during pendancy of the above criminal petitions, the matter had been amicable settled between the both parties and 2nd respondent had been already withdraw the Crl.Pet.No.1305/2025 and in view of settlement the petitioner is not to intent to precipitate the above mater.
