Basing on the said application, the 3rd respondent in the writ petition issued notice dated 06.12.2025 and 09.01.2026 calling both the petitioner and unofficial respondent in the writ petition for enquiry. Thereafter, the respondent authorities have not taken any action on the enquiry report. This Court vide order dated 23.04.2026 directing the respondent authorities to take appropriate steps on the enquiry notice dated 09.01.2026 issued by the 3rd respondent. 2. As the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt case has been filed. 3. Pending consideration of the contempt case, the respondent authorities have passed orders dated 20.06.2026. 4. As the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if at all the petitioner is aggrieved, she is at liberty to assail proceedings dated 20.06.2026 before the appropriate authority. There shall be no order as to costs.
