Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that [2026:RJ-JP:24008] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-9821/2026] the parties have entered into compromise and main accused Hanuman Mehra has already been enlarged on bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.05.2026 in S.B. He further submits that the learned Trial Court has merely rejected the bail application on account of the fact that on the basis of compromise, they have no jurisdiction to allow the bail application. He further submits that the charge-sheet (challan) has already been filed, and the conclusion of the trial is likely to take a considerable amount of time. Therefore, he prays that the petitioner be enlarged on bail. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the material available on record. 6. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and having regard to the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, as well as the fact that co-accused Hanuman Mehra has already been enlarged on bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, parties have entered into compromise, the charge-sheet (challan) has already been filed, and learned counsel appearing for [2026:RJ-JP:24008] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-9821/2026] the complainant/victim has no objection if the bail is granted to the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the present second bail application deserves to be allowed. 7.
