2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the prayer for direction to be issued to the learned trial court to take into consideration the compromise entered into between

the parties and to expeditiously dispose of the Jharia P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3655 of 2016.
3. Learned Spl.P.P. appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 have no serious objection to the prayer of the petitioners.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the direction that the learned trial court will dispose of the Jharia P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3655 of 2016 in accordance with law expeditiously.
5. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
6. In view of disposal of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, I.A. No.4417 of 2025 is disposed of being infructuous.
