Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. K. Baishya for the respondent State. 4. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. 5. The NBWA issued against the petitioner is kept in abeyance till 05.08.2025 and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Trial Court on or before 05.08.2026. 6.
