The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the failure of the respondent WBSEDCL to provide an electricity connection for the submersible pump belonging to the petitioner. 2. On behalf of the WBSEDCL it is submitted that the necessary formalities of boring and providing a separate electric metre room have not complied with. In response, the petitioner submits that all such formalities have since been complied with. 3. In view of the above submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 26507 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the WBSEDCL to provide an electricity connection at the subject submersible pump on the condition that the petitioner has complied with all statutory prescribed formalities. 4.
