ORDER:
The respondent/plaintiff filed suit vide O.S.No.531 of 2015 on the file of learned Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kadapa. The said suit was
decreed on 19.09.2024. Assailing the said judgment and decree dated 19.09.2024, the petitioner/ defendant filed appeal, under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter for short C.P.C.), vide A.S.No.68 of 2024 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Kadapa. In the said A.S., the petitioner herein filed an interlocutory application vide I.A.No.2501 of 2024 under Order 41 Rule 5 read with Section 151 of C.P.C. seeking grant of stay of all further proceedings of judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.531 of 2015, dated 19.09.2024. The said interlocutory application was not disposed of by the learned lower appellate Court. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned lower appellate Court for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2501 of 2024.
2. Heard learned designated Senior Counsel Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, assisted by V.Satyanarayana Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Syam Sundar Rao learned counsel for the respondent.
3. As the prayer is only to direct the learned lower appellate Court to dispose of the interlocutory application expeditiously, without adverting into

merits of the case, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with following directions:
(a) Learned lower appellate Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.2501 of 2024 in A.S.No.68 of 2024 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Kadapa, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(b) Learned lower appellate Court is also directed to make an endeavour for expeditious disposal of the appeal in accordance with law.
(c) There shall be no order as to costs.
