Nirmala, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appeared on behalf of the respondents. [2] The present application has been filed with a prayer for quashing and setting aside the impugned order date 03-12-2024 issued by the Director, Printing and Stationery, Govt. of Manipur placing the petitioner under suspension w.e.f. 06-11-2024 and also with a prayer for directing the respondents to re-instate the petitioner to her post with all consequential benefits including arrears and allowances. [3] When the matter is taken up today, learned GA produced and placed before this Court the order dated 07-09-2026 issued by the Director, Printing and Stationery, Govt. of Manipur. By the said order, the impugned suspension order has been revoked and the petitioner has been re-instated back in service. It has also been ordered that the pay and allowance of the petitioner for the period of suspension from 06-11-2024 to 07-09-2026 shall be regulated in accordance with the provision of FR 54-B subject to the final outcome of the Criminal proceedings pending against the petitioner. [6] Ms. Kh. Nirmala, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner endorsed the submission made by the learned GA and submitted that the MC(WP(C)) NO. 501 OF 2026 MC(WP(C)) NO. 488 OF 2026 & WP(C) NO. 943 OF 2025 5 present writ petition can be closed as infructuous as the petitioner has already got the relief sought for in the present writ petition. [7] Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present writ petition is hereby closed as infructuous.
