1. Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks setting aside of
order dated 28th of August, 2024 passed in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal titled “Ghulam Ahmad Dar Vs. Gulshana Akhter & Ors”,
before the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Budgam against the order passed by the Court of learned Sub-Judge, Chadoora, in a case titled “Gulshan Akhter vs. Union Territory of J&K and Ors.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner shall be satisfied in case the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the Court below to decide the appeal expeditiously, within a time frame.
3. In view of pleadings and submissions urged at the Bar, the petition is
disposed of at this motion stage with a request to the Court of learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Budgam to decide the Appeal titled “Ghulam Ahmad Dar Vs. SDM Chadoora & Ors”, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of this order.
