CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY
--------- For the Petitioner : Mrs. Priyanka Boby, Adv. For the Respondents : A.C. to S.C.-VII
--------- 03/23.03.2026 Heard Mrs. Priyanka Boby, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to S.C.-VII for the respondents.
In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent no. 6 to institute a First Information Report against the respondent no. 7.
It appears that the respondent no. 7 is the wife of the respondent no. 6 and certain allegations have been made touching upon the character of the respondent no. 7 and it has also been stated that the respondent no. 7 is threatening the petitioner to embroil him in some false cases. The petitioner has a remedy to approach the Magistrate for redressal of his grievance. It further appears that the prayer made in this writ application is the fall out of a domestic dispute between the petitioner and the respondent no. 7.
In such circumstances, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this writ application which accordingly stands dismissed.
