This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No.94 of 2025, registered for the offence under sections 111(2)(b)(4) of BNS, 2023 and section 17 of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribagh. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that Diwakar Gaju @ Pratap has been granted regular bail by the coordinate Bench in B.A. No.10574 of 2025 and the allegations are made that this petitioner has also worked with the said Diwakar Gaju and the petitioner is in custody since 25.4.2025 and the charge sheet has been submitted and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.8. -2- 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner and submits that two pumphlets and five money receipts have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Considering that the coaccused has been granted regular bail by the coordinate Bench and the petitioner is in custody since 25.4.2025 and it has been stated that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
