This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 seeking condonation of delay of 80 days in preferring the connected appeal. Page No.# 2/2 3. The grounds for delay in preferring the connected appeal has been elaborately explained in paragraphs Nos. 10 and 11 of the application. 4. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the grounds stated in the above-noted paragraphs; this Court is satisfied that the applicant was prevented by a sufficient cause in not preferring the connected appeal. Moreover, the learned Addl. PP Mr. T. Ete has no objection condoning the delay, in question. 5. In view of the above; the delay of 80 (eighty) days in preferring the connected appeal is hereby condoned. 6. The Interlocutory Application stands allowed and disposed of. 7.
