Admittedly, the petitioner has already preferred an appeal against the grant of patta in favour of the respondents 5 to 8 by the third respondent, before the second respondent. The said appeal was filed by the petitioner on 14.11.2025. 3. The only limited relief that can be granted in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 14.11.2025 filed by the petitioner, aggrieved by the issuance of patta in favour of the respondents 5 to 8 by the third respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 4.
