According to petitioner, he is serving as Chowkidar on daily wages in Forest Department since 1991. In this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the authorities to regularise his services from the date when similarly situate persons were regularised and he has also sought direction to pay him arrears of minimum of pay scale in terms of order dated 08.02.2018 rendered in WPSS No. 215 of 2018 by coordinate Bench of this Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coordinate Bench had passed an order in favour of the petitioner on 08.02.2018, whereby the Competent Authority was directed to pay minimum of pay scale and also to consider his claim of regularisation, but no decision has been taken in terms of that order. UKHC010131192026 2026:UHC:6509 5. Learned State Counsel assures the Court that if petitioner makes fresh representation, then the same shall be considered, as per law, as early as possible. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to Divisional Forest Officer within ten days from today. If petitioner makes representation within stipulated time, the Divisional Forest Officer concerned shall take decision thereupon within four weeks thereafter.
