The petitioner is an accused in the case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(5), 325, 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 11(1)(a) Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960, Section 12 of the Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 30.12.2025. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents as has been stated in paragraph no.14 of the bail application. Other co-accused persons, namely, Arman Ray and Sajit Ray have already been granted bail by the Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.03.2026 passed in B.A. No. 1657 of 2026. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 2026:JHHC:6792 2 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M.
