In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Mariahu, District Jaunpur to decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner expeditiously upon production of certified copy of this order after hearing all the parties provided there is no legal impediment. 6.
