Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2. 3. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel representing respondent No.2 has furnished a copy of the order dated 08.07.2026 issued by respondent No.2 pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner on 06.04.2024 under Section 6(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. 4. In view of the above, no further cause survives for consideration in the present writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 08.07.2026, if he is aggrieved by the same. There shall be no order as to costs.
