By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: “Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding/directing the respondent no. 2 to recheck/re-evaluate the answer sheet of the petitioner as well as recount of the numbers, as secured by the petitioner and further, issue amended/fresh mark sheet, after adding one number in the Language-l as expeditiously as possible, or within the time granted by this Hon'ble Court, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the present circumstances of the case.” 3.
