Hence, it is prayed that direction may be issued to respondent No.3 to decide his application (Annexure-P/2), within specified period. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that fresh application filed by the petitioner will be decided within a month. 4. Having considered aforesaid limited prayer of the petitioner and contention raised by both the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the fresh application filed by the petitioner, for grant of licence of Pistol, within 30 days from the date of receipt/submission of a copy of this order. 5.
