In both the petitions, since same relief has been sought, therefore, both the petitions are being heard and decided together. However, the reliefs, sought in WPMS No. 1740 of 2026, are extracted below:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing all actions which have been supposedly in capacity of Administrator after expiry of six months from 04.12.2023, as mentioned in the body of Writ Petition (Annexure no. 2) page No. 21-22 including granting membership of the Bank to the Cooperative Societies thereafter ought to be UKHC010097392026 2026:UHC:6502 quashed as being without authority of law, illegal and non ext in the eyes of law for want of authority and being contrary to and beyond the powers allowed by the Uttarakhand Co- operative Societies Act, 2003, after calling for record. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to disregard all null and void actions done assuming capacity of Administrator by him in proceeding with electoral process, including alternating the electoral college and alternations in the list of electors done after expiry of six months of appointment as Administrator i.e. after six months from 04.12.2023. 7. Learned State Counsel submits that identical issue was decided by this Court in WPMS No. 1941 of 2026 vide judgment dated 08.07.2026. He submits that since all the legal issues raised by petitioners have been answered against the petitioners, therefore, there is no scope for interference in the present case. 8. Upon perusal of judgment rendered in WPMS No. 1941 of 2026, this Court finds substance in the submission made by learned State Counsel. 9. Accordingly, both the petitions are decided in terms of judgment dated 08.07.2026 rendered in WPMS No. 1941 of 2026. However, if petitioner makes representation(s) to District Assistant Registrar, highlighting his grievance, the same shall be considered and decided, as per law.
