Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner’s representations have been taken into consideration and that a Special Officer has been appointed, who is taking necessary steps to conduct the festival. 3.
