By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief: “Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide and pass speaking and reasoned order in regard to the subsidy to be granted to the petitioner herein for the commercial cultivation of tomato under poly house.” 3. Mr. Ravi Bisht, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh, Advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of writ petition, decision has been taken by the competent authority. Thus, he submits that writ petition has now become infructuous. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
