Civil Writ Petition No.2097/2026. It is pleaded in aforesaid application that inadvertently, in the order dated 07.05.2026, the disputed amounts i.e. Rs.6500/-, Rs.2000/-, Rs.4265/- & Rs.6000/- have been mentioned/typed instead of the disputed amount i.e. Rs.53,765/-. Therefore, the aforesaid order may be modified accordingly. Heard. Perused. For the reasons & grounds mentioned therein, the application is allowed. The order dated 07.05.2026 is modified to the extent that the disputed amount i.e. Rs.53,765/- be read in place of the (2 of 2) [WMAP-217/2026] disputed amounts i.e. Rs.6500/-, Rs.2000/-, Rs.4265/- & Rs.6000/-. Rest of the order shall be maintained as such. Office is directed to issue necessary corrigendum, if any, accordingly. The application bearing No.217/2026 is disposed of. Office to proceed further.
