No.2242 of 2025 ORDER: The civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 17.07.2025, allowing E.P. No.21 of 2020 in O.S. No.82 of 2017 on the file of the Court Civil Judge (Senior Division), Parchur, filed by the D.Hr. to issue notice under Order XXI, Rules 54, 64 and 66 of C.P.C. 2. I.A. No.2 of 2026 was filed seeking permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to deposit the entire decretal amount in E.P. No.21 of 2020 in O.S. No.82 of 2017 on the file of the Court Civil Judge (Senior Division), Parchur, within 15 days from today. 3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that since the revision petitioners intend to deposit the entire amount of balance due to the D.Hr., I.A. No.2 of 2026, may be allowed. 4. S. Sri Harsha, learned counsel, representing the learned counsel for the respondent / D.Hr. reported no objection. 5. Considering the submissions made and the reasons stated in the affidavit, I.A. No.2 of 2026 is allowed. 6. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the revision petitioners as prayed in I.A. No.2 of 2026. No costs.
