This bail application has been filed on behalf of Akhtar Ansari who is in custody since 20.04.2024 in connection with S.T. Case No. 184 of 2024 arising out of Latehar P.S. Case No. 233 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 321 of 2024 for the offence registered under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the IPC pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Latehar, is pressed into motion. Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 10.01.2025 passed in B.A. No. 05 of 2025 by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and instant bail application is being renewed on the grounds that other co- accused persons have been granted bail, petitioner is in custody about two years and the charge has already been framed. The matter involves dacoity and this petitioner was identified in TIP. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that he has criminal antecedents. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change of circumstances for renewal of bail, hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, is hereby, again rejected.
