Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) passed a ceiling order against the construction so raised by petitioner. According to petitioner, she has submitted an application for compounding of the irregular construction. 3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to MDDA, to take decision on her application for compounding. 4. The writ petition was filed in 2022. Counter affidavit has not been filed so far. 5. Having regard to the prayer made in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of UKHC010001962020 2026:UHC:6440 with a direction to the competent authority in MDDA to take decision on petitioner’s compounding application, if decision is already not taken, within eight weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
