The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioners praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities for grant of Award to the petitioners in accordance with law, who are settled raiyats of the acquired land, whose land has been acquired by the State of Jharkhand for establishment of Knowledge city in Khunti District. 3. At the outset, Mrs. Sweta Shukla, learned A.C to A.A.G-II submits that the Award has already been prepared, which is part of the rejoinder; however, as per her instruction, payment will be made within a week. 4. In reply to the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant application may be disposed of by directing the concerned respondent to pay the amount as per the Award. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, the instant application stands disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent to pay the amount strictly as per the Award within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
