1. In this petition, the petitioner herein has challenged the action of the respondents in awarding contract, pursuant to Tender Enquiry dated 19.12.2025, in favour of Respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has produced copy of the agreement dated 20.04.2026, performance security deposit dated 18.04.2026 and Letter of Intent dated 27.03.2026 issued in favour of respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh one, thereby challenging the documents (supra), which have been produced by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1.
