The petitioner is an accused in connection with Rajganj P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that some of the accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 798 of 2026 and B.A. No. 1979 of 2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of the co-accused and the petitioner had also subsequently confessed. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has criminal antecedent. However, regard being had to the fact that the co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Rajganj P.S.
