2. From perusal of the record it transpires that petitioner earlier approached this Court by filing a petition being Writ C No.42608 of 2025 connected with other petitions with the prayer to expedite the hearing of the case pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashutosh Sharma, Nitesh Kumar Jauhari Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. M/S Hinduja Housing Finance Ltd. .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s)
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court when petitioner himself was not present before the respondent no.2 the matter was dismissed.
3. After hearing counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that present writ petition is totally misconceived and liable to be dismissed imposing exemplary cost.
4. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed.
5. Taking a lenient view, we are dismissing the present writ petition without imposing any costs. September 24, 2026 Pramod Tripathi WRIC No. 38710 of 2026 2 (Vivek Saran,J.) (Prakash Padia,J.) Digitally signed by :- PRAMOD TRIPATHI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
