The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD) No.12400 of 2025 in Crl OP(MD) No.11010 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
