CMP No. 8728/2026 The present application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of applicant/respondent No. 3, Saraswati, for release of the award amount, alongwith up-to-date interest, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant. No reply to the application has been filed despite opportunity granted in this respect. However, learned Deputy Advocate General for the non- applicants/appellants states that till date, no SLP has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant, coupled with the fact that till date, no appeal has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court and the same has attained finality, the same ….2…. is allowed and the award amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, alongwith up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent No. 3, Saraswati, as per her share, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to her bank account, details whereof have been mentioned in para-3 of the application. The application stands disposed of.
