CG2023-SC-0086A( 77/RTA/J/2022) for the route Durg to Konta via Power House, Raipur, Kurud, Dhamtari, Kanker, Keshkal, Baster, Jagdalpur, Sukuma with one single trip daily valid upto 02.03.2028, in accordance with law. Considering the facts of the case and the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, which is not opposed by the State Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage, directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending application/representation dated 11.12.2025/15.12.2025 (Annexure-P/2) of the petitioner, in accordance with relevant law/rules/regulations, preferably within an outer limit of '30 days' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
